Olainfo reported on Wednesday, how a man jumped from third mainland bridge into the lagoon in Lagos.
The reason for his action was unknown as he refused to respond to people’s questions before he cast himself down.
Contrary to initial report that the !nc!dent happened on third mainland bridge on Tuesday, a fresh report by Punch has confirmed he jumped from the rails of a bridge into the lagoon around 10am in Epe area of Lagos.
The report reveals the victim has been confirmed d**d but his b0dy is yet to be found.
The d*ce@sed is identified as Lekan Odunare, a National Diploma certificate holder who lived in Epe Lagos.
The video got many netizens wondering what could have led to his actions. Howbeit, Lekan who looked dprssed and never waited to respond to queries before he dived.
A source who spoke to Punch, said he knows Lekan and he was like a brother to him. He noted that, he was sh**cked when he see news of Facebook.
He curiously reached out to the victim’s elder brother, Usman to find out which he confirmed to be true and revealed his rem@!ns yet to be recovered.
Usman said the news came to their family as a sh0.ck because he never complained about anything bothering him after his graduation.
He further revealed that, Lekan was learning surveying before the !nc!d*nt happened. He noted that, the family did not report to the police.

However, a Public Relation Officer of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, who spoke to Punch correspondent, Nosa Okubor said the agency did not receive any report about the incident.
The state Police Public Relation Officer, Adekunle Ajisebutu vowed to find out and get back to the correspondent.
The General Manager of Lagos State Waterways Authority, Oluwadamilola Emmanuel also said the agency has not received any information of such as at the time of filing this report.
