PDP Shares N400 and a Can of Malt to People ahead of Anambra Governorship Election (Video)

As Anambra state governorship election holds on November 6, 2021, the People’s Democratic Party, PDP has started buying votes by sharing to people, N400 and a can of Malt each.

It is becoming a tradition in Nigeria for political parties to be sharing money, foods and other items to people in exchange for votes.

This is believed to be caused by high rate of employment and poverty in the country, leaving the citizens with no other choice but to collect the offers from politicians who are thirsty for power.

In the video obtained from Gist Lovers Instagram page on Thursday, a man in PDP regalia could be seen sharing N400 to people as exchange for votes.

As people were captured collecting money from the politician, another man could be seen sharing can of beverages as they queue up to receive.

This is coming few days to the gubernatorial election slated to hold on Saturday in Anambra state.

Candidates for the major political parties in the state include, Mr Valentine Ozigbo of PDP,
Sen. Andy Uba of APC and Prof. Charles Soludo of APGA.
