CNN had reported the collapse of a 21-storey building owned by one business tycoon, Femi Osibona, in the Ikoyi area of Lagos State on Monday as many were trapped under rubbles.
Death toll has been on the rise since Lagos State government commenced a rescue effort at the collapsed building, located at Gerald Road in the city’s affluent Ikoyi neighborhood, a construction site for luxury apartments.
The owner of the building, Femi Osibona was found dead by the Lagos rescue team on Tuesday according to Sahara Reporters.
Femi Osibona came into spotlight after his 21-storey Ikoyi building collapsed on Monday. However, Olainfo has obtained a set of documents containing the biography of the deceased, source of income and family.
