A Nigerian has warned his fellow citizens to be careful of possible terrorist menace as the person in charge of communication in Nigeria is an alleged terrorist.
The Nigerian man identified as Nze Ikenna R. Nzimora said this on April 21 when he tweeted on his timeline to caution Nigerians who have registered for the NIN to be wary of possible terrorist attack.
Racall that the US government had placed the Minister of Communication, Isa Pantami on terrorist watchlist over an alleged allegiance with Al-Qaeda and Taliban.
Since last year, Isa Pantami through the Ministry of Communication and and Digital Economy had directed Nigerians to link their National Identity Number, NIN to their sim cards as part of efforts to combat insecurity in the country.
Nze Ikenna said in his tweet that Nigerians who have registered for the NIN and linked to their sim cards should know they’re not free from attack because the minister knows their addresses, bank details and phone lines.
He claimed that the person who has all the data of Nigerians through NIN-Sim linkage and happens to be the head of the ministry in charge of communication and database of all Nigerians is a terrorist as announced by the US and can strike at anytime because he has everyone’s data.
