A video shared on Facebook has revealed a heartbreaking moment a man who was supposed to talk about democracy on Chennels Television was asked to pull off his “Buhari Must Go” shirt before he could go on air.
The chief convener of the Buhari Must Go campaign, Omoyele Sowore shared a video where his fellow comrade was denied to go on air for a democracy talk show at Channels TV.
According to the guest speaker, the Buhari Must Go campaigner, Adeyeye Olorunfemi revealed in the video that the producer out of panic, offered to give him his jacket but refused to take it and insisted on speaking in the shirt.
He said the producer claimed it is against the NBC code and was asked to leave the studio to avoid sanctions by NBC.
