Update on Survivors of 21-storey Building Collapsed in Ikoyi, Lagos

Premium Times reported the collapse of a 21-storey building on Monday in Ikoyi, Lagos, that left the world in shock.

According to the report, the least 50 people were believed to have trapped under the rubble as quoted by witnesses who granted a live interview with Arise TV on Monday November 2, 2021.

However, in a latest report by The Cable, more dead bodies and survivors have been recovered, increasing the death toll and survivors.

As the rescue efforts by Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) continue, about 9 survivors and 10 dead bodies have been reportedly rescued so far.

The death toll today has increased from 6 to 10 and 9 survivors as of Tuesday, November 2, 2021.
