Twitter User Calls For Remix of ” Dem go dey denge denge, dem go dey pose” by Legendary Baba Fryo

A Twitter user has called for the remix of the old “dem go dey pose” song by Baba Fryo in 1990s.

According to Wikipedia, Baba Fryo whose real name is Friday Igwe is a veteran Nigeria ghetto singer from Ajegunle Lagos. He earned his fame in the late 90s with his debut single titled “dem go dey pose”.

Baba Fryo became popular with this song which he sang in Pidgin English and a dancing style called Galala. The old Galala dance was reportedly invented by Baba Fryo and his other Ajegunle musical colleagues like Daddy Fresh and Daddy Showkey.

However, the Twitter user with the handle name @omojuwa has wondered why nobody has ever thought of remixing the song by Baba Fryo that made a huge wave in the late 90s. He noted that this current generation have never heard of the song but will definitely rock its remake.
