Gulder Ultimate Search came back to TV screens on October 16 after several years of hiatus.
The reality TV show which dominated the airwaves in Nigeria in early 2000s has produced several celebrities with the likes of Kunle Remi, winner of the 2010 edition of the reality game.
The organisers, Nigerian Breweries announced the return of GUS season 12 themed “The Age of Craftsmanship” after considering people’s demands and need to continue.
However, today, I will be highlighting the four major episodes that have been successfully aired over the previous days in this article for people who might have missed one or more of the episodes.

Episode 1 began with highlights of training sessions and interview of contestants.
Episode 2 continued with the audition of contestants where certain number was chosen to battle for the 50 million naira Grand Prize. 18 out of 20 contestants that appeared on stage were selected to proceed to the jungle in search of Akolo’s secrets….read more
Episode 3 featured the selected 18 contestants in the jungle where they were asked to build a camp that will shelter them and belongings throughout their stay in the jungle. Subsequently in the night, after a hectic day, the warriors dinnered together before they went to bed.
Episode 4 had the warriors engaged in a jungle task tagged “Slippery Slope” given to them by the Task Master, Kunle Remi and the Host, Toke Makinwa.
The contestants were grouped into three clans, Iroko, Amo and Irin clan. Iroko clan came first, Amo came second while Irin take the third runner-up.
