Lagosians Hail Sanwo-Olu as Agege Pen Cinema Flyover is Commissioned Today

Olainfo has learnt that, residents of Lagos State have been in the mood of praise as the executive governor of the state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu is set to commission the Agege Pen Cinema Flyover today.

This is a perfect and eloquent testimony of continuity in governance that has placed Lagos on the trajectory of growth and development. Sanwo-Olu inherited the project from his predecessor, Akinwunmi Ambode, a one term governor of the state.

The project started in 2017 under the last administration. Governor Sanwo-Olu, in line with his promise of completing all ongoing projects across the State, visited the project site in Jan 2020.

The construction of the Agege Pen Cinema Bridge, not only will traffic be eased thereby reducing travel time on the road, it would also help bring development and improve trade between the Agege community and other surrounding communities.

Governor Sanwo-Olu again visited the project site in December 2020 to ensure that all is in order for its commissioning in the best possible time.

However, following the report of today’s project commissioning by the governor, some social media users have been seen commending the governor for a job well done while some are discrediting him as they attribute the achievements to Ambode legacy.
