Early hours of yesterday, the governor of Rivers State, Ezewon Nyesom Wike reportedly embarked on commissioning tour of projects across the State.
Amongst the projects he commissioned yesterday is the Nu-Odo also known as Rumuokoro flyover, Port Harcourt in Obio-Akpo Local Government Area of the State.
This is part of efforts of the Wike led government to attract and drive investors into the State. Olainfo learnt that the project was delivered in less than two years.

However, earlier this morning March 2, 2021 Olainfo has gathered that a heavy truck has reportedly turned over while trying to make a U-turn under the newly commissioned flyover.
The report has been stirring reactions amongst residents and most especially commuters as many are now criticizing the State government for lacking vision.
Many claim the height is of the flyover is not high enough for trucks compared to other old flyovers in the state while some said the project has not solved the traffic challenges in areas affected but rather exacerbating the situation.
Meanwhile the governor will continue with his tour to Commission Rumuogba flyover today, March 2021.
