The landlord was seen seated at the entrance of the office located at Ogbum-nu-abali area of Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The landlord seated at the entrance to prevent the workers from going into their offices until the debt is paid.

Several persons have reacted to this report with some saying it is a good approach by the landlord to claim what rightfully belong to him. They can over charge residents for epileptic power supply but can’t pay rent. That serves them right, he said.

Another person who condemned the action of the landlord stated that, it will bring set back to some businesses that use power supplied by PHED and increase the cost of running them which will eventually cause inflation.
