Nigerian Breweries Plc has today announced the return of the most anticipated tv show, Gulder Ultimate Search to the television screen after seven years of break.
The show which bordered its contestants’ survival instincts and took over Nigerian airwaves in the early 2000s is said to return as announced by the organisers.
The show which have undisputably birthed several stars was first premiered in 2004 and hosted for 11 seasons before it went off the screen in 2016.

Kunle Remi – 2010 edition
Dennis Okike – Season 8 edition
Chris Okagbue – season 10 edition
According to the organisers, the show will return to the screen this year and the theme will be “The Age of Craftsmanship”.
Application portal is open for interested participants mainly Nigerians who are between 21-35 years old. Applicants are required to visit www.gulderultimatesearch.ng and submit their application between September 1 and September 8 2021.
The organisers have stated that, shortlisted applicants will undergo a regional selection process in Abuja and Enugu on 13 of this month while the selection will take place in Lagos on September 16 and 17, 2021.
However, as this year’s edition host is yet to be unveiled, the show is expected to be shown on DStv and other local stations across Nigeria.

When comparing Gulder Ultimate Search with the ongoing Big Brother Naija TV show, large percentage of Nigerians have disclosed the will choose Gulder Ultimate Search over BBNaija base on personal reasons.
