A source has reported to Olainfo how a Councillor allegedly stabbed and attempted to chop off man’s genital in Diobu area of Port Harcourt City Local of Rivers State.
The victim who is a local vigilante head in Illabuchi, Mile Diobu is currently receiving treatment in an unidentified hospital in Port Harcourt after being stabbed by a PDP Ward 17 Councillor, Chigozie Woka and his gangs.
According to City News, the Councillor allegedly stabbed the man and attempted to chop off his manh**d. The reason for the attack is still unknown.
However, people have suggested that the fight may have broke out from the upcoming chairmanship and councillorship election in the state. Probably the vigilante head is against the faction of the outgoing councillor, according to speculations from people.

Meanwhile when contacted, the outgoing ward 17 councillor, Chigozie Woka who is said to be seeking a denied fighting or stabbing the vigilante member.
He said the vigilante member was drunk when the incident occurred and in the cause of an argument, tried to attack him. Woka explained that his boys merely wrestled and rescued him out of the vigilante leader’s hand to safety.
He added that the allegations of the stabbing is politically motivated as the vigilante member is reportedly working for his opponent, who is trying to use every means to castigate and smear his image.
