Chinese Contractor Must Replace Faulty Locomotives at Zero Cost to The Government-Former Lawmaker

A former lawmaker and human right activist, Shehu Sani has reacted to report of locomotive train which broke down along Abuja-Kaduna recently leaving passengers stranded.

While reacting to this via his twitter handle, Shehu Sani expresses disappointment as Nigerian government could not provide a world standard facilities but could only pay for a substandard or refurbished locomotives which they claimed they achieved with huge loans.

It’s not a news anymore that Abuja-Kaduna road is no more safe for travelers as kidnappers have chosen the road as a perfect route to carry out their illicit illicit activities that have forced many people to travel by rail.

The activist noted that, with the poor state of the locomotive trains now, passenger lives are at risk as no route is save for them anymore.
