Veritas university lecturer cut student hair with scissors in class
A lecturer at Veritas university Abuja has sparked outrage after a video of him giving a haircut to a student went viral.
Veritas university, is an institution founded by Catholic Church in March, 2002 with its campus located at Gaba, Abuja.
There was a recent report of a f!re outbreak at one of the school’s hostels which led the students to flee for their lives.
In a trending news on Tuesday evening, one of the lecturers of the university was said to have given a male student a haircut with scissors.
In a video shared on Instagram by popular blogger, Instablog9ja, the lecturer could be seen cutting the student’s hair and left it unfinished.
The video however, triggered reactions amongst Instagram users with some condemning the lecturer, noting that, the act is a violation of human rights.
A user who stylishly exonarated the lecturer, claimed that private universities are more disciplined than public’s.
He related the video to his time in higher institution which is believed would be a privately founded institution.
