Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu has made his demand during a meeting with the British High Commission in DSS custody.
There were several reports from genuine sources recently about the British High Commission demanding to meet the IPOB leader in Department of State Services, DSS custody over allegation leveled against him by Nigerian government.
Counsel to the Biafra freedom fighter, Aloy Ejimakor confirmed the development two days ago while speaking with Sahara Reporters. He revealed that they had requested to visit his client in a talk with the consular on Monday earlier this week.
Olainfo has gathered that some emissaries of the British High Commission arrived Nigeria yesterday August 4, 2021 and met with Nnamdi Kanu in DSS custody in Abuja.
According to the source, the emissaries asked the agitator what he really wants which he responded as a honest and formidable leader who is keen to emancipate his people from Nigeria.
When asked by the emissaries to say what he wants, Kanu said:
“I don’t want anything else. just give me Biafra!”
Remember he is still in custody of the DSS and his free is not guaranteed for now as court had adjourned trial till October 2021.
