BREAKING: Ghanaian Police Re-arrest Nigerian Jail Breakers After Crossing Volta River

Olainfo has learnt that 9 Nigerian jail breakers have been reportedly arrested by the men of Ghana Police Force.

Following several reports of jail breaks in Nigeria as orchestrated by unknown gunmen who attack police stations and free inmates, some alleged escaped prisoners have been apprehended in Ghana after crossing the Volta River.

Olainfo was informed that the 9 jail breakers were re-arrested by the Ads District Police Command in the Greater Accra Region.

According to the police, the criminals were tracked down base on intelligence report as they crossed Volta River into Ada Foh on Sunday, April 18.

The investigative team, however, tracked them to an area known as Clinic Junction Lorry Station and seized the Sprinter bus which had the Nigerian suspected jailbreakers on board.
