Daughter of the former vice president of Nigeria identified as Fatima has revalidated her membership with All Progressive Party APC.
The former vice president, Atiku Abubakar has suffered a great loss in his ambition to become the president of Nigeria under the opposition party, PDP as her daughter revalidates membership of the ruling party APC.
Fatima, who is a former commissioner for health in Adamawa, reportedly registered with APC at Ward 1. Unit 08, Jada Local Government Area of the state.
The former commissioner had earlier disclosed her stand that she cannot join his father in PDP as a result of her love for APC. The APC chairman in the state, Mr. Ibrahim Bilal also confirmed the report.
The 49-year-old was appointed commissioner in August 2015 under the administration of former Governor Jibrilla Bindow.
Her father was the presidential candidate of the PDP in 2019. He lost the election to President Muhammadu Buhari.
