The president of Rwanda, Paul Kagame is unarguably doing outstandingly well in his government. Despite being in power for years, his people seem to love him for his unique style of governance amongst his African counterparts.
He has performed very well in terms of ICT and technology with his policy of one computer per student in their education system. There other many notable achievements recorded by his government.
Rwanda has emerged the cleanest country in Africa under him and one of the fastest growing nation in Africa in the use of technology.

Recall that, recently there was a throwback report of how Paul Kagame took the president of Uganda, Yoweri Museveni on tour on his cow ranch in 2011.
This report made Adamu Garba to attribute his success in leadership to success in cattle rearing and being a Fulani man. The former presidential aspirant claimed that, Paul Kagame is a Fulani man and the Chief Herdsman of Rwanda.
He said, rearing of cows comes with deep level of inspiration.
